Shipping policy
It's important to start by clarifying that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. That means framing for original pieces, packing and handling for everything else. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped! The time of arrival depends on location and whatever world collapsing situation society is going through.
Politicas de envío
Es importante aclarar que los tiempos para preparar los pedidos son diferentes a los tiempo de envío.
Todos los pedidos son procesados dentro de los siguientes 1 a 7 días hábiles (excluyendo los fines de semana y los días feriados) luego de confirmar tu compra. Eso significa: el tiempo que toma enmarcar las piezas originales, embalaje y manejo de paqueteria para todo lo demás. Recibirás otra notificación cuando tu pedido esté en camino. Los tiempos de envío dependerán del país y cualquier situación de colapso mundial por la que estemos pasando.

Domestic and EU shipping rates
All packages shipped inside of Spain have special rates. Orders over €150 have free shipping.
Packages and original pieces shipped within Europe have a discounted rate. I'm working on getting better rates! (I need to ship A LOT to get better rates so It'll take some time but I'm on it!)

International Shipping
If your country is not available is because is probably quite expensive for an small artist like me to ship there. If you are still interested on buying something please email me at hello.mariasolias@gmail.com so I can send you a price quote!Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. I'm not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Si tu país no se encuentra disponible dentro de la lista de zonas a las que envío es probable que sea muy costoso hacer envíos a tal lugar para un artista tan pequeño como yo. Si aún así sigues interesado puedes escribirme a hello.mariasolias@gmail.com para así ofrecerte más información.
Tu pedido puede estar sujeto a impuestos de importación (incluyendo VAT), los cuales son cobrados por el país receptor una vez el paquete llega a aduana. No soy responsable de éstos cargos, éstos son responsabilidad del comprador de acuerdo a las leyes de cada país.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can track your order here!
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hello.mariasolias@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I'll look into it for you.
¿Cómo rastreo mi pedido?
Una vez tu pedido ha sido enviado, recibirás un correo donde incluiré el número de guía o seguimiento con el que podrás rastrear tu pedido. Por favor, ten en cuenta que puede tomarle a correos alrededor de 48 horas luego de recibir el correo de confirmación de envío actualizar la información de rastreo. ¡Puedes rastrear tu pedido desde aquí!

I can't find a product in your store anymore.
No puedo encontrar algo en tu tienda.
Soy una pequeña artista con espacio muy limitado así que todo lo que produzco viene en forma de ediciones limitadas. Si un artículo o pieza desaparece de mi tienda significa que se ha vendido como pan caliente y lo más probable es que no regrese.

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item please email me at hello.mariasolias@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt and include your order number and images of the damaged or incorrect item(s) you received. Each return or refund is handled case by case.

●●●How did you find your style?
Style is just the way your taste, abilities, methods and limitations blend together. I’ve been drawing and painting my entire life, since before I can remember. It was always something I enjoyed doing and invested a lot of time into, which eventually helped me develop my skills. It wasn’t really an easy path but rather the result of years of trying different stuff and failing massively. Looking back, being a little self endulging and enjoying the process was what ultimately helped me find my own voice. Don't ever fear being bad at something and allow that to stop you from creating! Embrace cringe, have fun!
¿Cómo encontraste tu estilo?
El estilo no es más que la manera en la cual tu gusto, habilidades, métodos y limitaciones como artista conviven. He dibujado y pintado toda mi vida, ya ni recuerdo a qué edad empecé. Siempre ha sido algo que he disfrutado hacer y en lo cual he invertido mis días, eso eventualmente me ayudó a desarrollar mis habilidades. No ha sido un camino sencillo, es el resultado de años intentando cosas diferentes y fallando terriblemente. Ahora que puedo mirar atrás, lo que más me ayudó a encontrar mi propia voz fue dedicarle tiempo a mis ideas y disfrutar el proceso. Nunca sientan miedo de ser malos en algo y sobre todo, no permitan que eso evite que produzcan. Abracen el ser novatos y diviértanse.
●●●What inspires your work?
I'm the type of artist that's constantly observing and taking pictures of everything! The things which most often inspire me are found on my little walks around the block by paying attention to my surroundings. There's always a slice of life image waiting to be discovered!
¿Qué inspira tu trabajo?
Soy el tipo de artista que está constantemente observando y tomándole fotografías a todo. Las situaciones que usualmente me inspiran suelo encontrarlas en mis pequeñas caminatas en la cuadra al prestar un poco de atención a mis alrededores. En todos lados hay una ilustración esperando ser descubierta y dibujada.
●●●What tools do you use?
I often sketch everything digitally on my tiny Wacom One using Clip Studio Paint. As an over thinker, sketching without the fear and pressure of wasting precious paper really allows me to get out of my own head.
For everything else:
Arches paper for watercolor or oils.
Winsor & Newton oils.
Winsor & Newton Liquin medium.
Any soft synthetic brush that wont leave me broke.
¿Qué herramientas usas?
Suelo bocetear todo digitalmente en mi pequeña Wacom One usando Clip Studio Paint. Como me gusta darle vueltas y vueltas a las ideas, prefiero bocetear sin sentir el miedo y la presión de desperdiciar preciado papel.
Para todo lo demás:
Papel Arches para óleo o acuarela.
Óleos Winsor & Newton.
Medios de Winsor & Newton.
Cualquier brocha sintética suave que no me deje en la quiebra.
